Diversity and Inclusion

Our D & I Mission

Irish Tech Society has been established with a clear mission to visibly and inclusively support the richness and diversity of Ireland’s technological ecosystem and her multifaceted and multi-skilled talent base.

What We Believe

We welcome difference and diversity in all its forms and promote Inclusion for All as we believe wholeheartedly that inclusion inspires innovation. By leveraging the diversity of tech talent in an inclusive environment, we nurture their creativity and offer their innovative ideas as accelerators to individual and business transformation.

Placing D&I at the heart of everything we do

"My ambition is to transform governmental, corporate and individual mindsets to embrace diversity in all its forms and encourage inclusion to get the most from this diversity. I believe that success comes from being curious about and valuing our different abilities and realising that we can all contribute to our collective future. This belief is also at the heart of what the Irish Tech Society does and that's why I'm proud to support it."
